Richmond CC 2025
We had a good turnout for our return to Richmond Country Club on Wednesday. Special thanks to our member-host Patrick Kelly for making it possible. The weather was perfect for golf, a bit overcast with temps in the 60s. The course was wet from the previous day's showers, so we played "lift, clean and place". Most players enjoyed the recent renovations which have made the course more open (due to numerous tree removals). The course was in great shape and the super-fast greens resulted in numerous 3-putts and many nervous short putts. Everyone enjoyed the delicious post-round hamburger and hot dog buffet along with the outstanding clubhouse service. It was a challenging and fun day of golf followed by many stories of birdie putts that turned into bogies. We'll definitely want to play this course again in 2026!
We had a few members meet the challenge of the course. Congratulations to all the winners !
